2. How do I access my GetGreat.com subscription?
To access your GetGreat.com subscription, click the red and white Subscribe/Login button that appears at the top of every GetGreat.com page. In the Login or Register page, select "I already have a GetGreat.com account" and complete the requested fields. Before you click Login, make sure to double-check the spelling of your e-mail address. Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.
3. Can I access GetGreat.com without signing up for a subscription?
GetGreat.com offers six free lessons that can be accessed without creating an account or signing up for a subscription. To access these lessons, click the "Try it for free" button on the GetGreat.com homepage. On the next page, choose from any of the six highlighted lessons at the top of the page.
4. Can I access my GetGreat.com subscription from any computer, anywhere, at anytime?
Yes. As long as the computer meets the system requirements, you can log in with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at anytime.
5. Can I share my account with others?
No. Sharing of your username and password is strictly prohibited.
6. I am trying to access my subscription and I am getting an error message that I am already logged in on another computer, what should I do?
In rare cases, customers have forgotten to log out of their account on one computer and have tried to log in again on a separate computer. Since sharing of a single username and password is strictly prohibited and does not work, you will get an error message. If you receive such an error message, you can contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-426-4579 or by sending an e-mail to getgreat@website.mlb.com.
