1. How do I change, add or update the billing information or credit card number to which my subscription is billed?

To update or confirm your credit card information, click the Account Info tab that appears at the top of every GetGreat.com page. Once there, click the "Wallet Preferences" link in the grey box on the left side of the page. Update your billing information here, then click "Save."

2. Can I use a debit card to register?

Yes. You can sign up online using your credit or debit card. If you register with a debit card as your primary card, we do suggest that you also register a credit card as a secondary card, in the event that during your billing cycle funds are unavailable from the primary card that was used at time of purchase.

3. How do I cancel my GetGreat.com All-Access or One-Category subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service department at 1-800-426-4579 or by sending an e-mail to getgreat@website.mlb.com. If you are requesting a cancellation via email, please make sure to mention the email address that is registered to the account that you would like to cancel.

4. What is the refund policy for GetGreat.com's subscription offers?

GetGreat.com will honor any refund request made within the following time periods:

All-Access or One-Category subscription: Within 5 days of your subscription purchase date.

If such cancellation occurs outside of the prescribed time periods for a refund set forth above, then your cancellation will be effective as follows:

In the event that you are an existing customer who purchased an GetGreat.com subscription product under the terms of a different refund policy, the terms of the policy in place on the date of your purchase will continue to apply to your subscription.
